The Challenge

Our Solution
We designed and implemented a complete CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions for testing and building, Docker for containerization, and Kubernetes with ArgoCD for deployments. We added automated testing, staging environments, and one-click rollbacks.
The Results
Deployments went from a 2-hour ordeal to a 5-minute automated process. The team now deploys multiple times per day with confidence, and rollbacks are instant when needed.
