1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Acefina services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or proceed with the engagement.
2. Services
Acefina provides technical delivery services that may include performance work, infrastructure setup, DevOps implementation, Next.js or React delivery, and related consulting.

3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information and context
- Grant the access needed for scoped work to proceed
- Respond to questions or approvals in a reasonable timeframe
- Pay fees according to the agreed project or retainer terms
- Maintain your own backups even where additional backup support is provided
4. Payment terms
Specific payment terms are defined in the relevant proposal or agreement. In general:
- Project work usually requires a 50% deposit before work begins
- Final payment is due on completion or agreed milestone delivery
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
5. Intellectual property
Once payment is complete, you own the custom code, configuration, and deliverables created specifically for your project. Acefina retains general knowledge, methods, and non-proprietary tooling used in delivery.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose project details, access credentials, or internal business information without permission unless disclosure is required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acefina's liability for claims connected to a service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on completed work. If an issue arises from our own implementation during that period, we will address it at no additional cost. This does not cover issues caused by third-party changes, hosting provider problems, or client modifications after handoff.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice unless the signed agreement states otherwise. On termination, completed work remains billable and any refundable unspent deposit portion will be returned on a pro-rata basis where applicable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are to be resolved by arbitration or the applicable courts in Pakistan unless a signed agreement specifies a different venue.
