1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Acefina's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Acefina provides DevOps, infrastructure, and performance optimization services including but not limited to:
- Website speed optimization
- Server setup and management
- Core Web Vitals optimization
- DevOps and CI/CD implementation
- Infrastructure consulting
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Grant necessary access to systems and accounts required for our work
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Pay for services as agreed in the project scope
- Maintain backups of your data (we provide additional backups but are not solely responsible)
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- Project work requires a 50% deposit before commencement
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom code, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary tools in future projects.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, credentials, or project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acefina's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on completed work. If issues arise from our implementation within this period, we will address them at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party changes, hosting provider problems, or client modifications.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for work completed to date. Any deposits for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Pakistan.
