Dosana: GLP-1 Shot Tracker
Dosana logs your weekly shots and reminds you on shot day. It is a tracker: it does not calculate or suggest a dose, and we can't give medical advice. Questions about your dose or medicine go to your prescriber or pharmacist.
Help with Plus
Plus is bought through the App Store or Google Play. If Plus doesn't show after a purchase, tap Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. If you still need help, copy the Support ID from Settings and include it in your email. Refunds and subscription cancellations are handled by Apple or Google in your store account settings.
Export or delete your data
In Settings, Export my data (CSV) saves everything you've logged as a spreadsheet file. Delete all my data removes every shot, log and weight from that phone, and it can't be undone.
Days Used
Days Used counts the days you spend in each country against residency and travel rules. Help, the privacy policy and common questions are on daysused.com/support.

We receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. Please don't include health details, travel history or location details unless your question needs them.
