001 / MVP development services

From AI prototype to production app.

Your demo shows the idea. Now you need a product people can use. Our MVP development services turn the core customer journey into a working web or mobile release, with a scope and fixed quote you approve first.

002 / Your first release

Build the part your customer needs first.

AI prototype

Move beyond the demo

You have screens from Lovable, Bolt, Replit or Cursor. We check what can be reused, replace mock data with the real flow, and scope the access, payments and deployment needed for launch.

MVP development for startups

Test one clear customer need

Start with the task your customer needs to finish. We help separate the first release from the later wishlist, so you can put a useful product in front of people and learn what to build next.

MVP app development

Ship a usable mobile product

The first release includes the device behaviours the core journey needs: permissions, reminders or offline use where relevant. Store submission is scoped with the build; approval remains the store’s decision.

MVP software

Launch the web workflow

A portal, booking flow or subscription product needs to work from entry to completion. We include the data, access rules, error states and release setup that make that journey usable.

002b / Our own shipped products

Open the listings. See what we built.

We build and maintain our own apps. Each public listing names Acefina LLC as the developer, and the links below let you check the released product.

Reading tracker

Pagehour

A reading tracker with a session timer, reading log and Goodreads import. Available on Google Play. The Pagehour website currently lists the iPhone release as coming soon.

Bill tracker

BillsClear

A bill tracker organised around your pay schedule, with a checklist of bills due before the next payday. Available on Google Play.

Location alarm

LocatAlert

Published as “Wake Me Up: GPS Location Alarm” on Google Play. It alerts travellers as they approach a chosen stop, using location permissions and background operation.

003 / How we build

Agree the release before writing more code.

01

Free review of the idea or prototype

Send the prototype or repository link, the customer problem and what the first release should do. We reply with what we would keep, what needs work and whether we are a fit.

02

Scope the minimum viable product

We agree the core journey, release requirements and acceptance checks. You get a written scope, a fixed quote and a proposed schedule based on your actual project before committing.

03

Build, verify and hand over

We build in your repository and accounts, demonstrate the working flow, and test it against the agreed checks. You receive the release instructions and a list of deferred features, so the next decision stays clear.

Show us what you want people to do.

A prototype is helpful, but a short description is enough to start. Tell us your target customer, country, budget band and what a useful first release looks like.

004 / What you get

A first product you can put in front of customers.

  • A written first-release scope, with later features kept separate
  • A fixed quote and project-specific schedule agreed before the build
  • A working customer journey with real data and the access rules it needs
  • Checks for success and failure paths, plus a repeatable release process
  • Code in your repository, deployment in your accounts and handover documentation
005 / Who it is for

Founders ready to test a real product.

We work remotely with founders and small teams in the US, UK, EU and Australia. This offer is for a new first release or a prototype becoming a product. If an existing project has stalled and needs a takeover, start with software project rescue instead.

007 / FAQ

Questions we get before people start.

What do your MVP development services include?

We scope the first customer journey, build the agreed web or mobile product, test the release and hand over the code and deployment instructions. Integrations, payments, store submission and ongoing care are included only where they are in your written scope.

Can you take an AI-built prototype into production?

Yes. We review the existing code first and reuse what is sound. The scope identifies anything that needs replacing, plus the data, access control, error handling and release setup missing from the demo.

How much does MVP development cost?

The initial review is free. We give a fixed quote after agreeing the first-release scope. There is no standard package price: the customer journey, integrations and release requirements decide the work.

How long will our MVP take?

We propose a schedule after reviewing your project and agree it in the scope. We do not promise a standard turnaround before seeing the product, dependencies and store requirements.

Who owns the code and accounts?

We work in your repository and your accounts. Once the work is paid for, the code we write for your project is yours under our terms. Ownership and handover are agreed before work starts.

What happens after the first release?

You keep the code and handover documentation. We can scope the next changes from customer feedback or agree ongoing care separately. The first build does not commit you to a retainer.
