Common questions.
My site has been hacked. What should I do first?
Tell your host, change every password (hosting, FTP, database and CMS admin accounts), then send us the URL. Restoring a backup is not enough on its own: the hole the attacker used has to be fixed too, or the site is likely to be hacked again. On WordPress with an unsupported PHP version, our PHP upgrade moves it to a release that still gets security fixes, for US$499.
My site is hacked right now. What happens next?
