001 / Technical SEO services · UK

Make your site easier to crawl and use.

Broken pages, conflicting canonicals and slow journeys get between your site and its customers. Our technical SEO services for UK businesses find the cause, give you a prioritised repair plan, and verify the fixes on the live site.

002 / What we investigate

Find the technical barriers before adding more content.

Crawling and indexing

Important pages are hard to discover

We check robots rules, sitemaps, response codes, canonical tags and internal links. Where you provide Search Console access, we compare those signals with its indexing reports.

URLs and metadata

Search engines see conflicting signals

Duplicate URL forms, temporary redirects, missing descriptions and inherited social tags can come from one template. We trace the shared cause and scope the fix there.

Performance and rendering

A release breaks the customer journey

We inspect rendered content, Core Web Vitals where data is available, and the scripts and styles the live page needs. A crawl report alone does not prove the page works.

Structured data

The markup does not match the page

We compare structured data with visible content, remove unsupported claims and check the output after the fix. Valid markup does not guarantee a rich result or a ranking.

002b / Our own measured work · 4 October 2026

Technical repairs across sites we operate.

Our 4 October 2026 estate sweep recorded metadata repairs, redirect checks and retained release assets. The examples below link to live sites where you can inspect the implementation.

Metadata · 19 sites

Titles brought within 60 characters

In the 4 October 2026 estate sweep, titles and descriptions were revised across 19 sites. The title rule includes the brand only when it fits within 60 characters; descriptions use 120–155 characters.

Redirects · 15 sites

Slash redirects made permanent

The same day’s live checks recorded permanent 308 responses for trailing-slash variants on 15 sites. Eight Workers sites had been returning temporary 307 responses.

Release assets · Acefina

Previous build assets retained

The initial Ahrefs sweep reported chunk and stylesheet 404s affecting 49 Acefina pages. Our server now retains static assets across deployments so cached HTML can still load the files it references.

003 / Technical SEO audit and fixes

A fixed-price audit before implementation.

01

Free initial site review

Send your site URL and the issue you need resolved. Tell us if you have Search Console data or a recent migration. We identify whether a technical audit is the right next step.

02

Agree the audit scope and fixed price

We confirm the site sections, access needed, deliverables and turnaround in writing. The audit produces evidence for each issue, its affected URLs and a prioritised repair plan. You see the fixed price before committing.

03

Implement separately, then check live

You can give the report to your developer or ask us for a separate fixed quote for repairs. After implementation, we check the live responses, metadata and resources and record what changed.

Start with the site, not a retainer.

A URL and a few lines on what changed are enough for the free review. Audit scope and price come next; implementation is a separate decision.

007 / FAQ

Questions we get before people start.

What do your technical SEO services cover?

The agreed scope can cover crawling and indexing, canonicals, redirects, sitemaps, metadata, internal links, rendering, performance and structured data. We identify affected URLs and the cause, then give a repair order.

How much does a technical SEO audit cost?

The initial site review is free. We agree a fixed price after confirming the size and scope of the audit, consistent with our code-audit offer. Implementation has a separate quote; there is no mandatory retainer.

Do you work with UK businesses?

Yes, remotely. This service is scoped for UK businesses and their developers. We agree a working-day overlap and report in plain language. We do not claim a UK office.

Can you fix the issues rather than just report them?

Yes, if you ask for implementation. We quote that separately and verify the changes on the live site. You can also use your own developer; the audit report stands on its own.

Will the work improve rankings or traffic?

Technical fixes can remove barriers to crawling and using a site. We cannot guarantee rankings or traffic. We distinguish release checks from search outcomes and use Search Console data, when available, to measure the latter.

What access do you need?

A public URL is enough for the initial review. We may request read access to Search Console or analytics for the scoped audit. Code and hosting access are agreed separately if implementation needs them; do not send secrets through the contact form.
